after much thought voted for rebuy for people out before 6th place. I think this should combine with the discretion of everyone playing at the table, possibly even the people who where previously at the table. Basically a vote for anyone out before 6th place and then a straight no after that. The vote would come into place more so for games that no-one goes out for a few hours, so the crash outs are after 2-3 hours. at that point i would probably vote on no rebuy.

I'm with Brev, I think the re buy is fine, its adds money to the pot, and much as we think we're all immune to going out early, big hands do happen!
Its nice to have the option.
The cut off being the 6th player is crucial, once we'r'e down to 5 - the bubble - no more re buys!

have gone with the more discussion option as none of the options were applicable. My suggestion is that we allow rebuys but only to a certain time say 9pm and that there are at least 6 players as above - no exceptions - that way everyone knows the rules as if it is uncertain then it could alter the way people play. If we did this we would not need to split the stacks at the start either
