This isn't going to help much because I'm going to caveat it with "this may not be the perfectly correct way to do things............" but all we do in my home league games is
work out who was just the BB and if it was one of the remaining two players, make them the SB. If the BB just busted, we just move the BB where it would have gone even if that means the SB is SB twice in a row.There it is in bold - one sentence - easy!! Big thanks to Halfsugar!
